Lechatquitousse tricote : le châle "Papillon" de La Droguerie

Même si je tricote depuis l’enfance, je n’avais jusqu’à il y a quelques mois jamais fait de tricot-dentelle. Après un premier gilet  raté modifié de La Droguerie (le « Andernos »), je crois avoir attrapé le virus !

Even if I knit since childhood, I had until a few months ago never made of knitting-lace. After a first waistcoat missed modified of La Droguerie (the “Andernos”), I believe to have caught the virus!

Cela c’est compliqué avec une furieuse envie de me faire un châle au tricot, née au hasard de mes périples sur la toile. Comment ne pas avoir envie d’en faire tout plein des châles quand on voit déjà tous les modèles qu’on peut trouver sur Raverly (https://www.ravelry.com/account/login ) par exemple, sur le blog commun de « yes we shawl » (http://yesweshawl.canalblog.com/ ) ou sur de nombreux blog de tricoteuses acharnées et hyper douées  !?!?

That it is complicated with a furious desire for making me a shawl with knitting, randomly born of my tours on the fabric. How not to want to make some very full with the shawls when one sees already all the models that one can find on Raverly (https://www.ravelry.com/account/login) for example, on the common blog of “yes we shawl” (http://yesweshawl.canalblog.com/) or on many blog of keen knitting machines and hyper talented!?!?

Bref j’avais mon esprit très occupé avec ces deux envies et pas beaucoup le courage d’y résister ! LOL

In short I had my very occupied spirit with these two desires and not much courage to resist it! LOL

Succomber c’est très bien mais succomber pour lequel ? Comme je le disais juste au dessus, ce n’est pas un, ni deux, ni trois,…, modèles qui sont tentants mais  pleins, pleins , pleins de modèles qui me font de l’œil.

To succumb is it very well but to succumb for which? As I just said it to the top, it is one, neither two, nor three,…, models which are tempting but full, full, full with models which make me eye.

J’ai choisis de rester modeste et de commencer par un pas trop compliqué. Après une visite éclaire chez Kaléidoscope (http://www.kaleidoblog.be/le-chale-papillon/) où j’ai demandé conseil aux Triplettes (merci les filles !) me voilà en possession des explications du « Papillon » de La Droguerie et d’un très joli lin couleurs kaki.

I chose to remain modest and to start with a too complicated step. After a visit lights at Kaléidoscope (http://www.kaleidoblog.be/le-chale-papillon/) where I requested council from Triplettes (thank you girls!) here me is in possession of the explanations of the “Butterfly” of La Droguerie and a very pretty khaki flax colors.

Je dois vous avouer que je ne me suis pas mise en route tout de suite….j’ai un peu hésité (vais-je être à la hauteur ?!?!) au vu des infos plutôt sommaires sur ma feuille…et vu mes craintes j’ai cherché (encore) quelques explications et avis quant au modèle sur la toile. Le tableau mis au point par Scandina-vie (http://www.scandina-vie.com/?tag=chale-papillon ) m’a beaucoup aidé et grâce à lui je ne pense pas avoir fait d’erreur…ou du moins pas trop ! LOL

I must acknowledge you that I did not get under way immediately….I hesitated a little (I will be with the height?!?!) within sight of the infos rather summary on my sheet… and considering my fears I sought (still) some explanations and opinion as for the model on the fabric. The table developped at the point by Scandinavia (http://www.scandina-vie.com/?tag=chale-papillon) helped me much and thanks to him I do not think of having made error… or at least not too! LOL

Il a vraiment une très belle ampleur et je l’aime déjà d’amour même s’ile st peut être un peu léger pour la saison. Il n’a pas la douceur d’un alpaga ou d’un mohair, c’est vrai, mais la délicatesse que donne le lin aux motifs, la façon dont il a de les faire ressortir  me réjouit le cœur !

It has really a very beautiful width and I even like it already love island St can be a little light for the season. It does not have the softness of an alpaca or of a mohair, it is true, but the delicacy which the flax gives to the reasons, the way of which it has to emphasize them delights me the heart!

Gros bisous et à bientôt…..je termine le prochain, en mohair et au crochet celui-là, et j’ai aussi hâte de vous le montrer.

Merci pour tes petits adresses, tes idées et tout bet tout...ùerci aussi de partager cette passion avec nous...tu m'as redonné le virus...j'avais arrêté de tricoter tout un temps...l'an dernier j'ai recommencé avec ce fameux col que tu as montré, et ma fille adore. Du coup j'en refais encore un et j'ai déjà la laine pour un 3ème...merci donc d'avoir à nouveau réveillé en moi ce passe-temps, même si je ne me trouve pas assez de temps pour tricoter...
